I got a stereo for my 1974 VW Super Beetle, and it was sent out pretty quick. But when it arrived, it sadly didn’t fit my opening. I reached out to return it, and Brian was super helpful, giving me a return number. After I sent the radio back, they checked it out, and my money was refunded. I’d definitely recommend this company for your shopping needs.

Concerning Order #145828, the item I received was of subpar quality and didn’t work as advertised. I had it tested at my audio shop, and it had issues like volume sticking, static noise, and poor sound quality. Plus, there were no instructions included or available anywhere. I’ve asked for return instructions but haven’t heard back, even though I keep getting your sales and marketing emails. I’m really let down by both the product and the customer service. I tried to follow the return process, but like I mentioned, no one has responded. Please pass this along to the right folks—I want to return it.

I'm really into the stereo head unit because of its appearance and how well it fits. The sound quality is decent for now, but I'm looking forward to better audio once I connect the rear speakers.

The kick panels fit, but I had to trim and adjust the driver's side to make it work. I'm cool with that! 👍😉

I got some kick panels with speakers for my 1972 Chevy pickup, but they ain't fitting right without some tweaks. There ain't any cutouts for the vent brackets, and the right side panel just won't fit unless you trim down the narrow edge.

I got my new car stereo pretty fast after I placed my order. Everything was just as I expected. The shipping packaging was top-notch. I handled the installation myself, and it went smoothly; the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Connecting Bluetooth to my streaming device was a breeze. I utilized the pre-out outputs and hooked them up to my amplifiers in the trunk with some solid RCA to RCA cables. The sound quality is impressive and really rocks! Once I figured out what each knob does, adjusting the sound became a piece of cake. I'm really happy with this buy! I'm also thinking about getting the matching CD player soon.

I thought this would be a simple drop-in setup. After two hours of tech support calls, cutting, and filing, the radio finally fit. The knob and face plates went on, but I had to do some trimming to let the knob stems poke through the dash so I could tighten the mounting nuts. I also picked up the powered antenna that sticks to the glass, thinking it was a cool addition. But man, the reception is really lacking. Not sure if it’s the antenna or the radio itself. I got the suggested speaker, and honestly, the sound is barely better than my old 1951 AM factory radio, which isn’t saying much. This product is way overhyped and pretty pricey for what you actually get, especially with its poor performance. I’m not looking for Bose-level sound, but I should at least be able to pick up a station when I’m nearby. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I definitely wouldn’t buy this.

I ordered a set of kick panel speakers and it took over a month to get them. When I reached out to check on my order, they said they needed to build them. Finally, when they showed up, one was put together upside down and the other was just tossed in the shipping box. I called to voice my concerns, but the lady on the line hung up on me. WOW! Update: I got a call right away and they sorted out the problem, sending me a corrected set. Thanks a bunch!

I placed an order using my credit card to send the stereo to my daughter's place. My first card got declined, and while the second one went through, Classic Stereos rejected it due to the different delivery address. I had to make a call to cancel the order, then reorder using PayPal, but I missed out on the $10 welcome discount that was part of my initial order. By the way, they did refund the $10!

After my call, I learned that the only way to have the order sent to my daughter's address was through PayPal, so I went ahead and did that. I wanted to keep my husband from seeing his Father's Day gift too early. But guess what? They ended up delivering it to my house, and my husband was the one who received it from the mail carrier! So much for keeping it a surprise, especially after all the effort I put in to avoid that.

Ordering was a breeze. Found exactly what I was looking for. The Memorial Day Sale really pushed me to shop with you.
